Returns & Exchanges

Our return policy expires in 15 days. If it has been past 15 days, you can no longer receive a refund or an exchange.

Please notify us via email with any issues or returns you are having at [email protected]. Make sure to reference your order number and allow us a 24-hour response time. Once we are in communication with you, you will be notified whether to send your package back to us.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Refunds (if applicable):

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Please be aware that refunds may already be calculated into the transaction reflected on your statement.

Clearance Items Are Non-Refundable:

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately clearance items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable):

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected].

Exclusions:

We do not accept returns and/or exchanges on products that do not come with seals. Once the product is shipped, it will be considered as “Used Condition”.

We are not responsible for any lost or missing packages that has a “Delivered” tracking status.
