1. Are you still shipping?
Yes, we are still shipping! Thank you for all your support. We follow closely to safety guidelines practice safety precautions so that we can continue to serve our customers. We thank you for your support.
2. Are there any discounts or coupon codes?
Your first order is always 10% off when you submit your email and your code is shown. Periodically we offer coupon codes. You may sign up to our emailing list so that you will be notified of any special promotions.
4. How long is shipping?
Orders are processed and delivered to USPS within 48 hours. We are currently shipping out of Indiana. Our ship time is 2-5 days depending on your location. Obviously, there can be delays with USPS at times which we can not control. You will receive a tracking code when your product is shipped.
5. How do I track my order?
Log into your account and review your orders for tracking information
6. Tracking states “Delivered” but I did not get a package.
Sometimes the tracking will show the package was “Delivered”, however, it may take up to 3 days for the package to show up.
